Amber Health has partnered with CMA to offer subsidized mental health support for country music artists.

Ongoing services will be customized to meet the needs of the tour and can include:

• • On Tour In-Person Support (virtual or in-person)
• • Workshops
  
• • Small Group Sessions
• • Sober Support Groups
  
• Meditation Training

To be eligible for this grant, you must meet the following criteria:

• • Must be a touring artist within the country music genre
• • Amphitheater, Theater, or Club level performances (arena or stadium tours not eligible)
• • Financial need‍
• • • • Ability to designate a dedicated point person who will serve as the primary liaison between the tour and Amber Health, and who will respond to all communications within 48 hours
    • • • • • Willingness to participate in quarterly meetings with the Amber Health team to support scheduling, continuity of care, and program effectiveness
